Academic Excellence with a Christian worldview

Our Mission
At Central Valley Christian Schools, we equip and inspire hearts and minds to transform the world for Christ.

Our Philosophy and Commitment to Academic Excellence

Rooted in a tradition of academic excellence with a Christian worldview, Central Valley Christian Schools (CVC) has been nurturing students from Pre-K through 12th grade for 45 years. Our commitment is to provide an education that challenges students academically and spiritually. We offer a rigorous academic program that prepares students for higher education and beyond. Our curriculum fosters critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Our History

Central Valley Christian Schools has a rich history rooted in a passion for Christian education, beginning in 1944 with the formation of the Central Valley Christian School Society and the establishment of Hanford Christian School. As the community grew, a second elementary campus was launched in Visalia in 1979, initially housed in the First Christian Reformed Church of Visalia. The acquisition of 25 acres in Visalia in 1982 led to the establishment of a new school and the addition of a high school, with the first class graduating in 1986. In 1994, the Hanford and Central Valley Christian campuses amicably separated into two distinct schools.
