A message from the principal

Welcome to Central Valley Christian High School! We are a high school where students soon discover is the place where they belong. Our staff and students work together on creating and maintaining an environment where students thrive in their learning, discover their interests, grow in their relationship with the Lord, and celebrate being together in our school community.

Together, we value and live out our mission statement: At Central Valley Christian Schools, we equip and inspire hearts and minds to transform the world for Christ. Our students are given the tools, skills, and opportunities to learn and to respond to God’s calling for them. As a staff, we value praying for our students and mentoring them in all aspects of their lives.

Our teachers meet together to share best practices and to collaborate on how best to challenge and support our students. Every day, we work hard as a school to develop our hearts, minds, and bodies for the glory of God.

If you come to CVC, you will experience that we are a high school that strives to live out our faith in all aspects of who we are and what we do. And we look for ways to improve. Agriculture + FFA

Agricultural Education

Agricultural education equips students with the skills and knowledge for successful careers and informed decisions in agriculture, food, fiber, and natural resources. It fosters leadership, personal growth, and career success through three main components:

Classroom/Laboratory Instruction: Contextual learning
Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) Programs: Work-based learning
FFA: Student leadership organizations like the National FFA Organization, National Young Farmer Educational Association, and National Post-secondary Agricultural Student Organization

High School Athletics

At CVC, athletics is seen as a co-curricular extension of the classroom. The attributes of the CVC Athletic Philosophy and Core Covenants are meant to be pillars in a student's life, both in their Christian walk, school, athletics, and community. Our programs are built around transformational leadership and building relationships with those we compete with and against, as well as with the communities that we encounter.
