We encourage prospective families to ask questions and schedule a campus tour. This optional step lets you experience our community firsthand, meet our dedicated staff, and see our facilities. It’s an excellent opportunity to get a feel for the environment and ask any specific questions you may have.

Complete and submit the online application form. The application includes providing necessary documents such as previous school records, recommendation forms, and a non-refundable application fee. The application form is detailed, so take your time to ensure all information is accurate.

After submitting your application, if there is a spot available for your child, the next step would be to schedule an academic assessment. An assessment helps us understand their current educational level and get to know the student better. The assessment fee varies depending on the grade level.

Once the assessment is completed, we will schedule a new family interview. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know your family better and for you to ask any remaining questions.

Our Admissions Team will reach out to schedule the meeting, which will include the parents/guardians (and students in 6th grade and above), a retired board member, and the campus principal.

If your application is accepted, the final step is to complete the enrollment documents. These documents include submitting any remaining forms, such as immunization records, and agreeing to the tuition payment plan. Once all documents are submitted, your child’s enrollment at Central Valley Christian Schools is confirmed.
