At the Silent Auction, you'll find everything from $5 coloring books and one-of-a-kind class gifts to "break-the-internet" beauty favorites, the Tineco wet vac you've been eyeing since last year's sale, top-of-the-line espresso makers, and so much more! There's something for little ones, the home chef, the tool-loving dad, the sports enthusiast, and even the hard-to-shop-for teen.

The Live Auction offerings are just as exciting — sporting events and concerts, five-star getaways, loads of feed and fuel, the ever-popular "Principal for a Day," and other memorable experiences you won't find anywhere else!

New this year, we're introducing a Maker's Market featuring homemade treats and handcrafted items created by families in our CVC community. No bidding required for these special finds — simply purchase and enjoy!

Whether you plan to bid or simply come for dinner and dessert, we hope you'll join us. The School Sale is a special evening of community, generosity, and shared celebration — and we'd love to see you there!

The School Sale is a special evening for the entire CVC community.

• Both auctions take place outdoors, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere. An enjoyable, well-executed, social evening -— minus the tuxedos.
• Kids are welcome (please note there will not be childcare provided).

Great question! There are two different auction experiences happening that night:

• Live Auction - In-person bidding only during the event.
• Silent Auction - Online bidding through BidPal (whether you're on-site or participating remotely).

If you'd like to participate in the Silent Auction, you'll use BidPal. Don't worry — we'll send clear instructions and helpful reminders as the event approaches. Plus, there will be BidPal Support available in-person at the event!

You're not alone!

We'll have plenty of BidPal Support available throughout the evening to help you get set up and answer questions.

The only thing you need to remember? Come with a fully charged device!

• Make a monetary donation.
• Bid on Silent Auction items remotely via BidPal (you can invite Grandpa and Grandma in on this feature, too!)
• Volunteer in the days leading up to the event.
• And most importantly, pray — that the evening would be God-honoring and marked by fellowship, generosity, and faithful stewardship.
