Volunteering at Central Valley Christian Schools
Who is a Volunteer?
A CVC volunteer is an adult 18 years or older who participates in CVC activities, either on-campus or off-campus, with a distinct duty or assignment through a CVC club, committee, or organization that falls under CVC jurisdiction. Volunteers are unpaid and do not include staff members or current students.
Why You Should Volunteer at CVC
Your time and effort can significantly impact the lives of students and the school community. Whether you're helping in the classroom, organizing events, or supporting extracurricular activities, your contributions are invaluable. Being actively engaged at CVC benefits the students and demonstrates to your child the significance of education and community service. It sets a positive example and reinforces the value of giving back.
We provide a wide range of volunteer opportunities that can easily fit into your schedule, whether you have a few hours a week or can commit to larger projects. There's always a way to contribute that aligns with your availability and interests.
Volunteer Clearance Form
If you plan to volunteer in any capacity this year, please fill out the volunteer form. These background checks are valid for three years. By participating in our background check process, you agree to abide by the guidelines in the CVC handbook.
Please note that a visitor is someone who comes onto CVC's campus on a non-regular basis to visit with students, staff, and/or faculty. Visitors do not need to complete the Volunteer Form.
Volunteering at CVC is not just about giving; it's about being part of our faithful community that values education, service, and spiritual growth. Join us in making a difference!
